DF RMA Return Policy
All products must be returned to us with the following: 1. A copy of the original invoice showing the serial number. 2. All manuals, accessories and original packaging.
The product will be refused to return if there is physical damage, broken warranty seal or alteration of serial numbers by the customer and all warranties will be voided.
All goods returned for a warranty that is found to be non-defective (or damaged as a result of misuse including static discharge) will be shipped back to the customer collect.
A service fee may be applied.
Returns for Credit
Credit will not be issued on any goods purchased over 7 days.
Merchandise will be accepted for credit only if returned in resalable condition including original packing and all manuals and accessories.
All sealed product used the product and special-ordered product are not returnable.
A 15% restocking charge will be applied for returned product.
All products returned for credit are subject to the same RMA policy as above.
DF reserves the right to refuse any request to issue credit for the returned product.
All returns for credit are to be applied to future purchases
